The end of the line came for Angie “Rockstar” Lantry on Thursday’s “Big Brother” when the 35-year-old stay-at-home mom found herself on the receiving end of a good-old-fashioned “Big Brother” blindside when her presumed ally Brett convinced her he was on board only to stick a metaphorical knife in her back.
After her surprise eviction, ET Canada caught up with Lantry to get her take on what went down, starting with her clashes with fellow houseguest Kaycee.
“I was really tired of being a target and I didn’t approach Kaycee any different than I approached anyone else,” she tells us. “She just popped off defensively.”
While Tyler seemed to be the obvious choice to be evicted this week, the plan backfired and left him practically untouchable. What does she think it will take to send him packing once and for all?
“Tyler needs to be back-doored,” she exclaims. “That is it. The only way to get Tyler out of the house is to back-door him.”
After her alliance crumbled, did she ever wish she’d aligned herself differently? “Absolutely not,” she declares. “I aligned myself with the realest people in the house. They were the coolest people. It is what it is.”
Asked to sum up her “Big Brother” experience in three words, Lantry offers a classic “Rockstar” response. “Oh. My. Gaw.”
