Janet Jackson has paid tribute to her brother Michael on what would have been his 60th birthday.
The 52-year-old teamed up with Kwaylon Rogers, also known as Blame It On Kway, to release a “Remember The Time”-inspired home video. According to TMZ, the duo “hit it off” at this year’s Billboard Awards, with the comedian “pitching the idea of reimagining Michael’s hit video.”

The tribute comes after it was reported that Sony Music was dealing with rumours that several tracks on 2010’s Michael were voiced by imposters.
Several reports suggested Sony had admitted to faking Jackson’s voice on the posthumous album but the company denied doing any such thing in a statement to Billboard.
“No one has conceded that Michael Jackson did not sing on the songs,” attorney Zia Modabber of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP said last week. “The hearing Tuesday was about whether the First Amendment protects Sony Music and the Estate, and there has been no ruling on the issue of whose voice is on the recordings.”
