L’Oreal Paris Canada is rolling out the red carpet to celebrate the power of women at the 43rd Toronto International Film Festival, with the help of ET Canada’s very own Sangita Patel.

Beauty ambassadors Amber Heard and Andie MacDowell will join TIFF‘s Share Her Journey ambassador Shohreh Aghadashloo and Sangita on stage on Sept. 7 as she hosts a discussion about the current climate for women in film as part of the #ImWorthIt show. Inaugurated at the Cannes Film Festival, the event is an inspiring platform to give women a voice within the industry and bring awareness to L’Oreal’s #WorthSaying campaign that reinforces inclusivity and empowerment.

The #WorthIt campaign will get some mega star power at TIFF thanks to a social media video booth on the red carpet at the festival’s gala presentations at Roy Thomson Hall, where stars are encouraged to share what they believe is needed on the path to female empowerment. Fans can help support the cause by using the #WorthSaying hashtag on social media. For each mention, L’Oreal Paris Canada will donate 25 cents to TIFF’s Share Her Journey campaign which is the organization’s five-year commitment to increasing participation, skills and opportunities for women behind and in front of the camera.

Fans can get their own beauty glow courtesy of L’Oreal Paris Canada on Festival Street at the Iconic Beauty Bar. Visitors also have the chance to win a VIP hair and makeup transformation during the festival.
