Machine Gun Kelly is making few friends among his fellow hip-hop elite.
MGK name-dropped G-Eazy and his ex-girlfriend Halsey in a new freestyle for Hot 97 on Thursday. “Let’s just keep it G, Only Eazy I f**k with is E/I seen he’s dyed his hair and got a hanging earring,” Kelly rapped. “I f**ked his girl, now he look[s] like me,” he added in a separate line.
It did not take long for G-Eazy to respond. The “Sober” rapper retaliated with an entire song called “Bad Boy” dedicated to dissing MGK the same day.
“Your shots just graze me, I’m standing, ain’t put a hole in me/I answer to no one, nobody can get control of me/MGK please stop trolling me, get over me,” G-Eazy rapped. He also addressed the remarks about Halsey, “‘Him & I”s on, mad you’re listening to Halsey sing to me” and “disrespect her again, I’ll smack you,” G-Eazy wrote.
Towards the end of the song, Eazy added this line: “You must hate yourself I don’t understand your issue/Ironic that’s what happened the night that Eminem dissed you, f**k you b**ch.”
Ironically, the “Real Slim Shady” also called out Kelly in another song released Thursday from his surprise album Kamikaze.
“Next time you don’t gotta use Tech N9ne, If you wanna come at me with a sub, Machine Gun/And I’m talkin’ to you, but you already know who the f**k you are, Kelly,” Eminem said in the song “Not Alike”. “I don’t use sublims and sure as f**k don’t sneak-diss, but keep commentin’ on my daughter Hailie.”
Eminem’s comments were in response to an old tweet from Kelly, 21 at the time, saying how hot Em’s 16-year-old daughter Hailie was.
