While there was much celebration among Beliebers when Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber announced their engagement, not all the feedback the couple has been receiving has been positive.
However, as Baldwin pointed out in a recent interview with Stellar magazine, reports the Daily Mail, she’s learned to sidestep negative comments about her engagement.
“I don’t think it’s affected me really,” said Baldwin, 21, over media scrutiny of her engagement to the 24-year-old Canadian pop phenom.
“I have learnt to just try my best to ignore the negativity at this time so that I can enjoy this season of my life,” she added.
Meanwhile, Baldwin expressed her enthusiasm over her engagement and, at some point, upcoming wedding.
“I’m beyond excited,” she said.
