Saturday Night Live has just released another of its “cut for time”; sketches, bits that didn’t make it onto the air because that week’s show was running a bit long.

The latest cut sketch finds cast-member Kyle Mooney hits the streets outside NBC’s 30 Rock headquarters, where soggy Beliebers are waiting to catch a glimpse of Justin Bieber on his way into the studio to perform on The Today Show.

Mooney repeatedly asks a poncho-clad fan how long she’s been waiting, chats with a father who claims to be The Biebs’ biggest fan, and then finally meets Bieber himself — or at least he thinks he has, mistaking a skateboard-carrying impersonator for the real thing.
