The Asia Argento-Jimmy Bennett saga continues.

A new report from TMZ further complicates the sexual assault scandal plaguing Asia Argento.

The tabloid media outlet says it spoke to Argento’s new lawyer Mark Jay Heller about the actress’ published text messages.

“Asia chose at the time not to prosecute Bennett for sexually attacking her,” Heller reportedly said of texts reading, “The horny kid jumped me… I had sex with him it felt weird.”

In a lengthy statement released Tuesday, Heller said his client refuses to pay Bennett another dime. Anthony Bourdain had organized a fund for Argento to pay Bennett to avoid a “potential scandal.”

“Now that Mr. Bourdain has passed away and is not able to comment on his desire to avoid [a] potential scandal,” said Heller.

“Asia will not permit any portion of the balance of the $380,000 payment to be paid to Bennett who has already received $250,000 from Anthony Bourdain,” he continued.
