Country artist Jason Aldean has also announced he’ll be cancelling his Thursday night show in Cincinnati, citing the “unprecedented rainfall” that has caused the Ohio River “to rise above flood stage.”

In addition, country singer Alan Jackson is cancelling upcoming shows in Charleston (Sept. 14) and Charlotte (Sept. 15), and sends “prayers for the safety to all those impacted” by the hurricane.

According to NPR, the hurricane is scheduled to hit the area around North Carolina’s southern coast on Friday, with tropical storm conditions set to arrive on Thursday.
