Report: Tamar Braxton Drops Child Molestation Bombshell During ‘Wendy Williams’ Taping

Viewers can expect to see some serious drama on Thursday’s edition of “The Wendy Williams Show” after guest Tamar Braxton made a huge revelation about her childhood during taping of the show on Wednesday.

According to a report from TMZ, Braxton and host Wendy Williams were discussing the recent appearance that she and her sisters made on Iyanla Vanzant’s OWN show, with Williams pressing her about rumours that she stormed off the set during their joint appearance.

As TMZ reports, Braxton wound up revealing “she’d been molested by members of both sides of her family. Our sources say both Wendy and the audience were stunned.”

Adds TMZ: “It’s unclear if something during the meeting with Iyanla triggered Tamar’s memory, or if she just felt comfortable talking to Wendy about the incident.”

Sources at the taping tell TMZ that Williams “didn’t ask for details about the alleged molestation,” and that Braxton didn’t identify any of her alleged abusers by name.
