The iconic playboy mansion went up for sale this week, and the sprawling property could be yours for a cool $200 million USD!

L.A.’s real estate companies The Agency and Hilton & Hyland confirmed the news to US Weekly this week. The 20,000 square foot Gothic Tudor-style residence features a total of 29 rooms and “every amenity imaginable, including a catering kitchen, wine cellar, home theatre, separate game house, gym, tennis court and freeform swimming pool with a large, cave-like grotto,” the home’s listing read.

“Playboy Mansion is one of a select few private residences in L.A. with a zoo license,” agent Mauricio Umansky added for good measure.

In addition to the luxurious amenities listed above, fans of Playboy will be happy to hear the residence also comes with a special roommate included in the deal — Hugh Hefner himself!

“This is the right time to seek a buyer for this incredible property who understands the role the Mansion has played for our brand and enables us to continue to reinvest in the transformation of our business,” said Playboy Enterprises CEO Scott Flanders in a statement. “The Playboy Mansion has been a creative centre for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold.”
