Joe Alwyn and Taylor Swift’s key to success has been their privacy.
The “Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk” actor addressed his romance with the “Blank Space” singer in a new interview with British Vogue.
“I’m aware people want to know about that side of things,” the 27-year-old admitted. “I think we have been successfully very private and that has now sunk in for people.”
Too bad for those people. “I really prefer to talk about work,” Alywn insisted.
Speaking of work, Alywn’s activity as an actor has really picked up with four of his eight-film credits yet to release. Following one major credit in 2016 and 2017, respectively, Alwyn stars in four movies in 2018 and another two in 2019.
“The Favourite” features Alywn alongside Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz and Nicholas Hoult. It has received universal acclaim on the film festival circuit and hits theatres Nov. 23.
He also has a role in the upcoming epic historical drama “Mary Queen of Scots” with Saoirse Ronan, Margot Robbie, David Tennant and Guy Pearce out Dec. 7.
And let’s not forget the movie adaptation of “Waiting for the Barbarians” and “Harriet”, both currently in production ahead of their 2019 releases.
