#BelieveSurvivors: Allison Janney, Kerry Washington, More Celebs Voice Support For Sexual Assault Walkout

Celebs showed their support on Twitter Monday afternoon as individuals across the U.S. walked out of their schools and workplaces in the name of sexual assault survivors.

Kerry Washington, Eric McCormack, Allison Janney, and Felicia Day were among stars taking to social media to praise Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez after they accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual abuse.

Whether a survivor or a supporter, people across the globe shared their images online at 1 p.m. EST, showing themselves posing in black and holding up signs using the hashtag #BelieveSurvivors.

The walk comes as people everywhere continue to voice their support for the #MeToo movement, with the TIME’s Up, the Women’s March, and Planned Parenthood being just a few organizations throwing their support behind #BelieveSurvivors.
