In a video recorded at Central Park in New York for an episode of “The Tonight Show” earlier this month, the two performed a duet of Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers’ classic “Islands in the Stream”.

According to the video description, the performance was an “impromptu live karaoke” number and while the duet definitely appeared unrehearsed, Underwood in particular still managed to nail the vocals.

As for Fallon, it’s not the first time he’s performed “Islands in the Stream” on his show. Last October he and Miley Cyrus dressed up as Rogers and Parton to sing the song.

2018 also marks the 35th anniversary of “Islands in the Stream”.
