Ashton Kutcher has signed over full ownership of a home that he previously co-owned with Rumer Willis, daughter of his ex-wife Demi Moore.
According to legal documents obtained by ET Canada, the former “That ’70s Show” star and his then-stepdaughter purchased the Hollywood Hills house back in 2009.
The 2-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot home was initially purchased for $971,500, with a co-ownership agreement put in place giving Kutcher and Willis each a 50 per cent stake in the house.
That agreement has ended, with Willis, 30, now listed as sole owner of the home.
While The Blast reports that the house was “sold” for $571,000 in August of 2018, the documents don’t indicate whether Willis paid Kutcher cash or if he simply transferred his ownership to her with no money exchanging hands.
Interestingly enough, Kutcher’s current wife Mila Kunis was also required to sign on to the agreement, remitting “all rights, titles and interest” in the property to Willis.
Kutcher — who has been married to Kunis since 2015 — was married Moore in 2005; in 2011, the “Ghost” star announced her intention to end the marriage, with their divorce finalized in 2013.
