Rosie O’Donnell might just be in the running for a permanent position on “The Talk”.

O’Donnell was a moderator on “The Talk” rival program “The View” from 2006 to 2007 and also appeared as a guest host on “The View” from 2014 to 2015.
The entertainer has never before been involved with “The Talk”, but O’Donnell revealed Wednesday:
O’Donnell is believed to be in the running to replace Julie Chen as a full-time member of the team, according to Deadline. Chen left the show last week after her husband, former CBS chairman and CEO Les Moonves, was fired in response to numerous sexual misconduct allegations.

O’Donnell was also the host of her self-titled daytime talk show from 1996 to 2002.
