Country Singer Rory Feek Builds A School

Rory Feek is quite the handyman.

The “Cheater, Cheater” singer built a school for his daughter Indiana, 4, who has down syndrome. Feek, 53, built the one-room Hardison Mill School house with help from fan donations totalling $100,000.

The building is a three-minute walk from the family’s home in Tennessee, according to, and was built with the intention of helping Indiana go to school with other kids.

Feek started raising money for the school after his wife Joey died in 2016. He has three daughters: Indiana, Hopie and Heidi.
