Report: Tori Spelling Being Sued By American Express For Unpaid Bill

Yikes! Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling is allegedly under fire from American Express for an unpaid balance of nearly $40,000.

TMZ reports that Spelling, 42, has had an unpaid credit card bill of $37,981.97 for about six months with no attempts to pay it off. A payment for $1,070 was put forward in June but was said to have bounced.

American Express in now taking the matter to court to have the the entire balance paid in full.

This isn’t the first time Spelling’s name has been related to a financial mishap. The Scary Movie 2 star and husband Dean McDermott have openly admitted in various interviews that they have financial issues, but insist they are not bankrupt.

Spelling posted a reassuring poto to Instagram saying she is feeling “grateful.”;
