One particular road rage incident swore Michelle Williams off driving.
The “Venom” actress revealed why she primarily takes the train in a new interview on “LIVE with Kelly and Ryan”.
“I stopped driving. I gave it up because I had road rage,” Williams said. “I’m not going to go into who or what happened, but something came out of my mouth that I didn’t know that I knew. So I stopped. Now I’m only on the train.”
“And my daughter [12-year-old Matilda Ledger] was there and she was like, ‘Oh! You just said…’” she explained. “So I’m hands off the wheel now. Me and the MetroCard everywhere.”
Williams stars opposite Tom Hardy and Riz Ahmed in Sony Pictures new “Venom” movie.
Despite much-anticipation, the movie was a critical dud. Alex Hudson of Exclaim! said, “‘Venom’ is basically ‘The Mask’ with a slobbery tongue and none of Jim Carrey’s slapstick charm.”
