Jungkook was in tears Tuesday night in London, England, after an injury forced him to perform while seated.

Minutes before BTS were set to take the stage at O2 Arena, the Korean boy band’s label announced on social media that the 21-year-old had sustained a mild injury to his heel two hours prior.

According to their statement, while the injury was not serious, doctors recommended Jungkook sit down during the performance and not participate in the choreography.

Fan video from the concert showed Jungkook breaking down in tears while his bandmates comforted him and fans cheered him on.

Days before, BTS played Citi Field in New York, their first ever U.S. stadium show, and on Tuesday they picked up the favourite social artist award at the AMAs.

Fans also posted plenty of video from the London concert on Twitter, along with “get well” messages for Jungkook.
