Jason Biggs is marking a big milestone: one year of being stone cold sober.

Sharing a photo on Instagram of his one-year sobriety coin, the 40-year-old “American Pie” star opens up about his 12-month journey and the circumstances that brought him to where he is now.

“I first tried to get sober over 5 years ago, when the weight of my obsession with booze and drugs became too heavy for me to handle,” he explains.

“Turns out this s**t is hard. After some fits and starts, I’ve managed to put together one year of sobriety. I’m as proud of it as anything in my life. If you’re struggling, know there’s help. Don’t be ashamed. We can do this. 💪🙏”

Biggs has enjoyed the support of wife Jenny Mollen, 39, who sent her hubby her congratulations in an Instagram post of her own.

“Congrats baby,” she writes. “I know how hard you work.”
