Mother Nature, you scary.
Weather reporters have been pulling their weight this year, broadcasting from dangerous situations amid hurricane after hurricane.
New videos making the rounds online show Jim Cantore and Kerry Sanders narrowly avoiding serious injury on the ground.
Weather Channel meteorologist Cantore was captured on camera saying “the wind is relentless” before a 2×4 of wood flew towards him. Cantore made a run for it and avoided a potentially deadly collision.
He also helped NBC’s Sanders, who was almost whisked away by the wind and heading for a concrete pillar.
“My longtime friend @JimCantore just rescued me as #hurricanemicheal was too strong for my balance during a live report,” Sanders tweeted. “I’m inside and safe. Thanks, Jim and @weatherchannel.”
