Hannah Gadsby Says She Won’t Be Asked To Host ‘SNL’: ‘They’re Not So Fond Of My Work’

Hannah Gadsby is making a name for herself in the comedy world, but she doesn’t see herself stepping onto one of comedy’s biggest stages.

When asked by Monica Lewinsky for Vanity Fair if she’d host Global’s “Saturday Night Live”, the 40-year-old comedian said “no.”

“It’s not a real question,” Gadsby explained. “Because I won’t be asked.

But why? “I am not a friend of them,” she said. “They’re not so fond of my work.”

Gadsby added that it doesn’t actually bother her, “Yeah, it’s fine. We’ll all cope. Plus I think I’m a bit slow for live TV.”
