Piers Morgan got an unexpected treat, sort of, after he hit out at Daniel Craig for carrying his baby daughter in a papoose.
Images emerged of Craig holding little Ella in the baby carrier while out in New York over the weekend. Morgan shared one of the snaps alongside the caption: “Oh, 007.. not you as well?!!! #papoose #emasculatedBond.”
As he was bombarded with criticism, Morgan, as per usual, refused to take such comments lying down and continued to defend himself.
Everything came to a head on Wednesday morning on “Good Morning Britain” when guest Harry Hill decided to weigh in by giving Morgan a pie to the face “for all those men that wear papooses.”
After a moment of shock, Morgan hilariously escalated the situation by doing the same to co-anchor Susanna Reid, turning the whole thing into a pie fight.
Earlier this week, Chris Evans chimed in: “You really have to be so uncertain of your own masculinity to concern yourself with how another man carries his child. Any man who wastes time quantifying masculinity is terrified on the inside.”
