“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans was reportedly hospitalized after falling at her home over the weekend.
According to People, the police responded to a call from Evans and her husband David Eason’s house at around 10 p.m. on Saturday.
However, despite the call allegedly first claiming an “assault” had taken place, Evans apparently cancelled the ambulance and said she didn’t want to take any legal action.
The chief of 911 operations for Columbus County, North Carolina told the publication: “The female was transported to the hospital via private vehicle instead.”
A rep for Evans has since insisted that the reality TV star “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property.”
They added, “Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.”
People stated no incident report had been filed and it’s not known what injury Evans suffered.
Evans has been hitting the headlines on numerous occasions recently, after allegedly whipping out a handgun alongside her son during a road rage incident earlier this year.
