Kim Kardashian insists she’s become a more “private” person since marrying Kanye West while discussing the couple’s relationship on “The Alec Baldwin Show”.
Kardashian, 37, who married West, 41, in 2014, shares kids North, 5, Saint, 2, and Chicago, nine months, with the rapper.
Despite spending a lot of time in the public eye, the reality TV star insists she aims for a simpler life these days.
She says of how she lived before, “We would get our hair and makeup done after we filmed the show [‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’].
“Then it was like, ‘What is the hottest restaurant in Hollywood? Where can I go? Where can I be seen? Who is there? What are they doing?’ It started with Kanye. His work life is very public but then when he was off, he was very private.”
She continues, according to the Daily Mail: “Everything had to be public for me back then. Now it’s, ‘Where can I go on vacation where nobody will see us? All I want is privacy. I never thought that I would be at that point.”
Kardashian also talks about seeing her dad, Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce, dressed as a woman for the first time.
The star’s interview comes as People insisted Kardashian lets West “take the lead” in their relationship.
A source shared, “She never disagrees with him publicly.
“She has decided that’s the right move but she isn’t scared to share her disagreements with him behind closed doors.
“Don’t think that she’s afraid of him, because she’s not. She’s just managing him the best she can.”
