Celebs turned out to see LeBron James play his first regular season home game with the Lakers, including Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Anthony Kiedis and bandmate Flea. Unfortunately for Kiedis, he didn’t get to see the end of the game after he was escorted out of the Staples Center by security following a courtside altercation.
Kiedis was ejected from the arena after allegedly yelling profanities and flipping off Houston Rockets’ Chris Paul following his fight with Rajon Rondo and Brandon Ingram of the Lakers.
In a Twitter video of the incident, Kiedis is shown screaming at the players as security push him back. He then flips off one of the Houston security guards, who looks like he had something to say in response to the singer’s taunts.
Flea posted a photo of himself and Kiedis at the game, writing,”It got crazy at the end.”

At the lakers game last night with my dear brother. It Got crazy at the end, but man I get so satisfied, deeply drinking in the depth and beauty of the game. People operating at a high level in so many dimensions. Cerebral, physical, spiritual, emotional, unspoken and telepathic communication. I truly love basketball with my ❤️❤️❤️ this photo by my brethren @atibaphoto
All three players received two-to-four-game suspensions, while Kiedis is able to return to the next Lakers home game.
