Jamie Lee Curtis may have a meeting with Michael Myers in the “Halloween” sequel, but she says the real threat is U.S. President Donald Trump.

The “Halloween” actress shut down Australian DJ Kyle Sandilands for praising Trump on Wednesday morning’s episode of “The Kyle and Jackie O Show”.

“I just like that he does outrageous things,” Sandilands told Curtis. “But that’s just being outrageous. I’m not gonna fight. This is the president of the United States of America. You have to have empathy, you have to care about people. He does not care about anybody but Donald J. Trump.”

She also refuted the idea Trump is to thank for decreased unemployment and rising stock market figures in the States. “That’s just the market economy doing its thing. It goes up and goes down,” the actress said. “He can’t take credit.”

The Australian DJ finally admitted, “There’s a lot going on that I don’t know about.”

The well-received new “Halloween” movie marks Curtis’ return to the horror movie franchise and canonically takes place after the events of the original 1978 “Halloween” film. It premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 8 and premiered in theatres Oct. 19.
