Lily-Rose Depp does everything from talking about her acting and modelling career to posing with Pamela Anderson in the new issue of V Magazine.
The 19-year-old Chanel model, who is the daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis and is one of Hollywood’s hottest rising stars, gets interviewed by Kristen Stewart for the latest edition of the publication.
On acting: “I am really shy when it comes down to it, which is why I love acting so much. It allows me to get out of my own head. I have a way easier time acting like someone else than acting like myself.”
Depp, who is rumoured to be dating Timothee Chalamet, has recently had roles in films like “Savage”, “A Faithful Man” and “The Summoning”.
The model has now moved to New York for a few months, gushing about her newfound surroundings and independence: “I feel like this year I’ve done a lot of growing and become more independent. So I think that will be good for me… I have a good feeling about it. It goes with my trying to be more independent. I feel like I’ve come into my own a lot as a woman this year so I feel like it’s going to help me continue on that road.”
The model and actress poses alongside Canada’s own Pamela Anderson for the V shoot, who says nothing but nice things about the teenager in the accompanying interview.
The “Baywatch” star reveals: “Lily is a beautiful spirit. I feel a sweet bond, as if [French-American essayist] Anais Nin and I had a little sister, and maybe the same parents. Lily is very aware of her uniqueness, and beauty. [She is] innocent but aware.”
