The home of late music icon Aretha Franklin has been listed for sale.
Located in Bloomfield Township — a suburb of Detroit and, according to Realtor.com, the most expensive ZIP code in the state of Michigan — the house has been put on the market for $800,000.
The 4,100 sq. ft. home, which has apparently been emptied of almost every trace of its previous owner, features five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a sauna.
Franklin left behind the property when she died on August 16, 2018, at 76.
The “Respect” singer also owned a condo on the Detroit waterfront, along with two more properties in the city’s suburb of Highland Park, with the entire estate passing to her four sons.
