Ariana Grande Says ‘Thank U, Next’ In New Song After Pete Davidson Split

Ariana Grande has moved on.

The four-time Grammy nominee has “No Tears Left to Cry” and she is letting everyone know. Grande released a new song called “Thank U, Next” on Saturday. The track comes shortly after Grande and Pete Davidson’s very public split. Grande released the song 30 minutes before Global‘s “Saturday Night Live” aired.

Grande, 25, and Davidson, 24, began dating in May. They quickly got matching tattoos and announced their engagement in June. By October, the couple had called off their engagement and split.

Davidson has referenced the breakup multiple times in interviews and on “SNL”.

Grande just released her fourth studio album “Sweetener” on Aug. 17 and she is expecting a quick turnaround. The singer told a fan on Twitter that “Thank U, Next” is the first single for an upcoming 2019 album of the same name.
