Julia Roberts loves to secretly check out other celebs’ Instagram accounts, but she never thought of it as “creepy” until now.
The “Homecoming” star was on Sunday’s episode of “Busy Tonight” where host Busy Philipps asked about her strong Instagram presence since starting an account in June.
The 51-year-old actress said that her kids keep her from posting anything too lame on Instagram. She also admitted that she’s been following Philipps’ Instagram from more than a year, which led the host to realize Roberts must have been “creeping” on social media before she ever had an account.
“I didn’t feel creepy about it until now,” said, laughing. “I felt super good about it until this moment.”
Philipps also talked to Roberts about one of her most infamous moments, which left a mark on the host as a young woman.
In 1999, the actress was photographed with unshaven armpits at the premiere of her film “Notting Hill, which Philipps said she read as a kind of statement for women.
“I think I just hadn’t really calculated my, my sleeve length and the waving, and how those two things would go together and reveal personal things about me,” Roberts revealed. So it wasn’t so much a statement as it’s just part of the statement I make as a human on the planet, for myself.”
