Fury star Shia LaBeouf must be in need of cash, as he is taking drastic measures in trying to collect on a loan made to a family member — and is attempting to kick his aunt out of her home to collect on more than a million dollars he claims his uncle owes him.
According to Gossip Cop, the financial matter started when LaBeouf, 29, lent his mother’s brother, Barry Saide, $840,000 to aid his company during the 2009 financial crisis.

The amount of the loan has mushroomed over time, due to legal fees and interest. In 2014 LaBeouf took his uncle to court and won, but says he has yet to receive his money.
Court papers from Saide state that he had advanced hundreds of thousands to LaBeouf’s mother before he became a star, and thinks that the load should be considered payback: “Prior to Shia’s ascendancy to film stardom… I loaned Shayna hundreds of thousands of dollars to assist in the support of Shayna and Shia.” He added: “I never sought repayment of this money; Shayna, Shia and I are family.”
But that’s not stopping LaBeouf, who is now after his uncle’s wife, Sharon Saide, who lives in a luxury condo valued at more than $2.5 million — which LaBeouf wants her to sell in order to pay him. Sharon Saide, however, has told a New York Judge that the home is deeded solely under her name, and that she bought the property with money inherited from her grandmother.

“They want to intimidate and pressure me into giving the apartment to them to pay Barry’s judgment for which I have no liability,”; she noted.
