Robin Thicke is among the many Malibu residents to lose his home to the raging California wildfires that have resulted in evacuations throughout the coastal community.
Thicke’s girlfriend April Love Geary, who is currently pregnant with the couple’s second child after giving birth to a son in August, shared a horrific photo on Instagram of thick smoke above Malibu.

“Our house is somewhere in there. I’m so sad but so thankful that we all made it out safe. Praying for everyone in Malibu, our home is up in flames,” she wrote, later changing the final sentence to read, “our city is up in flames.”
As Us Weekly reports, Geary, 23, also took to Instagram stories to share that her “house and all of my belongings burnt down yesterday.”
Thicke, 41, also shared some photos and video of the blaze on Instagram:
Thicke also shared a photo of son Julian, whom he shares with ex-wife Paula Patton, writing in the caption, “Contemplating next move…”

On Sunday, Thicke issued a statement via Instagram, thanking “the courageous firefighters and volunteers” who “risked their lives trying to save our home.”
