“There is only one war that matters,” and it’s almost here.
HBO has revealed the epic final season of “Game of Thrones” will debut April 2019.
The network tweeted out a teaser on Tuesday comprising footage from past episodes to get fans excited for the global phenomenon’s final outing.
Though details are scarce, season 8 of “Game of Thrones” will centre on the war with the Night’s King.
The season will be shorter than usual, featuring only six episodes, though HBO’s programming chief indicated this summer in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that they would likely be longer than previous episodes.
