Ellen DeGeneres continues to bring fans inspiring content.
Springing off the success of the EllenTube series “Momsplaining” with Kristen Bell, the talk show host has announced the debut of the online platform original called “Fearless”, hosted by body activist, entrepreneur and supermodel Ashley Graham.
Each episode sets out to help “empower everyday people to be totally, unapologetically fearless,” according to a press release.
In the clip above, Ashley introduces Rickey – a transgender male from Kansas City, Missouri – to actress and activist Laverne Cox, who is the first-ever other trans individual Rickey has met in person. In an effort to help build his confidence, the two women surprise Rickey with a $10,000 donation in order to fund his top surgery.
Ashley also meets Kayla – a driven preschool teacher from Marion, Virginia – who struggles with body confidence. With Ashley’s guidance, Kayla rocks a photoshoot and is surprised with an opportunity to model in an upcoming Fall/Winter campaign posting for Ellen’s new Walmart clothing line, EV1.
