Ariana Grande’s ‘Thank U, Next’ Becomes The Fastest Song To Surpass 100 Million Spotify Streams

Ariana Grande’s latest single “Thank U, Next” is a record-breaker, becoming the fastest song to surpass 100 million streams on Spotify.

Despite only being released on Nov. 3, the track quickly racked up listens in just 11 days, earning the title on Nov. 14. She has also broken Spotify’s record for the most-streamed female artist in a 24-hour period. “Thank U, Next” earned 9.6 million streams, topping previous record-holder Taylor Swift’s 9.1 million streams in a single day.

Grande’s success isn’t just limited to Spotify – it’s also earned the singer her very first U.S. number one single. The surprise song details her past relationships with ex-fiance Pete Davidson, the late Mac Miller and Big Sean.
