Chris Cornell’s son is paying tribute to his father’s legacy.
Christopher Cornell Jr. stars in the new music video for his late father’s posthumously released song “When Bad Does Good”.
“For me this video represents my dad and all the art he created throughout his life and what his music meant then and what it means now, not just to me and my family, but the city of Seattle and all of his fans,” Cornell Jr. said in a statement, according to NME.
In the video, Cornell Jr. portrays his father as a young boy working his Seattle paper delivery route as lyrics from the song appear throughout.
Also released Friday was the self-titled box set dedicated to Cornell, featuring 64 tracks from across his solo career with the bands Soundgarden and Audioslave, along with his solo work, compiled by his wife Vicky.
Cornell died May 17, 2017 at age 52 from suicide.
