Ronda Rousey is apologizing to fans after posting a photoshopped image of herself to Instagram.

“I have to make an apology to everyone,” the post began. “I was sent a picture to share on social for [The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon] that was altered without me knowing to make my arms look smaller…I know it was done with severely misplaced positive intentions – but this goes against everything I believe and I am extremely proud of every inch of my body.”

Instagram users questioned the photo’s authenticity when it was posted to her account on Thursday. “Haha photoshop… this girl gives no f***s,” one comment read.

On Friday, the UFC fighter shared a before and after post of the image alongside her apology.

She continued, “I can assure you all it will never happen again. I could not be more appalled and hope you all forgive me.”

While Rousey avoids placing any blame for the edit, a rep for the star has told TMZ the person responsible is “100% not anyone from the Fallon show…Someone on Ronda’s team retouched it. Ronda didn’t know.”;
