Guy Fieri is cooking up a storm for citizens left homeless as a result of the most deadly and destructive wildfire in California history.
The popular television foodie teamed up with fellow celebrity chefs Tyler Florence and Jenn Louis, as well as chef Jose Andres, to serve food to victims of The Camp Fire.
“The least we can be doing today, on Thanksgiving, is all coming together to show the people what they deserve,” Adres said Thursday on Twitter. “Love and support, one plate of food at a time.”
“We are off and cookin’ at 5 am,” Fieri tweeted. “Goin’ for 7,000-pounds of Turkey on six smokers!”
Fieri, 50, was photographed cooking turkeys by reporter Benjamin Spillman.
The Camp Fire began spreading on Nov. 8 and has since consumed several California communities including Paradise, Centreville and Yankee Hill. To date, Camp Fire has destroyed more than 18,000 buildings and claimed at least 83 lives.
