Roseanne Barr Refutes Rumours Of Heart Attack, Declares ‘I’m Fine’

Roseanne is refuting rumours on Saturday that she had been rushed to a hospital after suffering a heart attack.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday night, the former “Roseanne” star shared a photo of herself along with a two-word caption to shoot down the rumour, which first emerged on a radio show.

“I’m fine,” wrote Barr, 66.

The rumour caught fire after Lee Stranahan — who co-hosts the “Fault Lines with Nixon and Stranahan” radio show on Russian-controlled Sputnik Radio — received a call from someone claiming to be Barr’s assistant while broadcasting live on Periscope.

As USA Today reports, the caller — who identified himself as Frank — called Stranahan during the live show, telling him that Barr had been rushed to a hospital; Stranahan brought his show to an abrupt end.
