Candace Cameron Bure does not miss her time on “The View”.
The “Fuller House” actress opened up about her time on the long-running women’s talk show and what soured her on the experience.
“I don’t miss ‘The View,’ at all,” she told “The Wendy Williams Show” on Tuesday. “I love being on talk shows, I love hosting talk shows but that was a hard job every single day, talking politics.”
Believe it or not, Bure said the most comfortable part of the experience was talking about her faith: “That was the easiest part for me, to be able to talk about my faith and share my faith.”
“I’m happy right now not to be on that show and talk about lighter topics right now,” she laughed. Bure also revealed she has experienced discrimination in the past over her faith. “I don’t experience it as much now,” she explained. “I think because so many people know me for it, I think they look to me for my faith. If they’re not looking for that, they don’t hire me.”
Season four of “Fuller House” returns with a dose of holiday cheer on Dec. 14.
