Corinne Olympios is firing back after posting a photo on Instagram that led some of her followers to accuse the “Bachelor” star of having some work done to her famous face.
In the photo, the 26-year-old reality star is wearing comfy clothes with a hoodie pulled over her head.
“Sweatpants are all that fits me right now, OK?! Gosh,” she writes, lifting a line from Rachel McAdams’ character in “Mean Girls”.
While Olympios obviously intended to share a casual, un-glam pic with her 754,000 followers, that’s not how many of them received it; some, in fact, offered their own comments, best summed up by one commenter: “What the f**k happened to your face?”
Another commenter asked, “Who is that? That’s not you…right?” Another suggested Olympios “ease up on the Botox,” while another one added, “Corinne was perfect before. I am so confused. There is no need to do any cosmetic surgery.”
Olympios responded in a pair of videos she posted on Instagram Stories Tuesday night, insisting she has been neither nipped nor tucked.
“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I just thought I’d come in here and say hi because all of y’all are freaking out about my pictures saying that I got plastic surgery and did stuff to my face,” said Olympios.
“No, it’s still me. Here I am — no makeup. It is so sad that I felt the need that I had to come on here just after a shower — no makeup, no filter — and show you guys my face, because a lot of you seem to think I do plastic surgery on my face and you’re all s**tting on me. So, here I am.”
