Details On Confirmed ‘Game Of Thrones’ Reunion Special Revealed

Good news for “Game Of Thrones” fans! A reunion special is officially happening as new details on the upcoming special have been released.

Hosted by Conan O’Brien, the special was filmed in Belfast earlier this year with both current and returning cast members, including season one’s Ned Stark, Sean Bean, who first leaked news of the reunion. While an official guest list has yet to be released, Jason Momoa is also rumoured to have participated after he was spotted in the Northern Ireland city earlier this year.

But fans will still have to wait a while to see their favourites reunite on screen.

Though HBO has been home to the fan-favourite series since 2011, the reunion special will not air on the network. Instead, it’ll be available on a special DVD and Blu-ray box set of all eight seasons, set to be released in 2019 after the final six episodes of “Game Of Thrones” airs in April.
