Lil Wayne is living lavishly.
The “A Milli” rapper dropped about 17 of them on a stunning Miami mansion, according to BizJournal. The 11,470-square-foot home is built on a 23,760-square-foot property on Allison Island just off the coast of Miami Beach.
The seven bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom dream house includes outdoor dining spaces, a cabana, and floor-to-ceiling windows that are 22-feet high. The house even has staff quarters. Oh, and if the beach is too far of a walk you can always take a dip in the pool.
So how much did Wayne, 36, drop on this little investment? $16.75 million. Wayne traded one property for another, more or less. He sold his last Miami Beach mansion for $10 million before purchasing this new waterfront property.
Lil Wayne seems to have a little extra cash laying around after the chart-topping success of his long-anticipated Tha Carter V album in October.
