A new survey claims Jessica Alba is the worst actor of the last 20 years.
GoCompare.com finds the “Sin City” actress is rated the worst-reviewed actor of the last two decades. The list was determined by compiling the average Metacritic score for the actors featured in the ranking.
Alba, who has starred in 35 movies in the past 20 years, including “Fantastic Four”, “Machete” and “Good Luck Chuck”, had an average score of 39 out of 100, with almost 60 per cent of her films having negative reviews.
“The Sinner” actress Jessica Biel, who starred alongside Alba in Garry Marshall’s major flop “Valentine’s Day”, finished in second place, with an average of 41.6 per cent.
Heather Graham, Radha Mitchell and Oscar-winner Kathy Bates rounded out the top five.
On the men’s side of things, stand-up comedian Mike Epps took the top spot, with an average score of 38.3. Epps is perhaps best known for “Next Friday” and his small role in the “Hangover” series.
Kevin Pollak, who has appeared in classics such as “A Few Good Men” and “The Usual Suspects”, came in second place, while Josh Duhamel, Robin Williams and Gerard Butler took spots three to five.
Despite topping their respective lists, the acting work isn’t slowing down for Alba or Epps any time soon. In 2019, Epps will star in the Neftlix-produced “Dolemite Is My Name”, meanwhile, Alba will be returning to the small screen for NBC’s “Bad Boys” spin-off “LA’s Finest”.
Alba is also busy with her consumer goods company, Honest, which is now worth an estimated $1 billion.
