This year’s South By Southwest film line-up is now officially a party.
Sony has announced that the upcoming adult animated feature Sausage Party – starring Seth Rogen, James Franco, Kristen Wiig, Paul Rudd, Salma Hayek and Jonah Hill – has been added to the movie lineup at SXSW for March 14.

The R-rated raunchy comedy written by Evan Goldberg, tells the story about one sausage’s quest to discover the truth about his existence, after he falls out of a shopping cart.
Sony will be screening a work-in-progress cut of the movie, which has an August 12 release. The screening will be a part of Convergence and SouthBites – granting access to all festival badge types.
