“I have a lot of rooms in my house and I’ve got a Christmas tree in every one of them,” Parton reveals. “They’re all different sizes.”

DeGeneres then takes a moment to compliment Parton on how good she looks at 72 years old, at which point the singer gets up and does a turn for the audience.

Parton also speaks about how she got involved in the new Jennifer Aniston film “Dumplin'”.

“I really felt honoured that the movie was about a little girl that had been inspired by my music,” she says, “because you want to be meaningful in your life.”
