Gene Simmons is on the receiving end of a lawsuit, filed by a woman who alleges the veteran KISS rocker was handsy while posing with her for a photo.
As TMZ reports, the woman (identified as “Jane Doe”) is suing Simmons, claiming he inappropriately touched her vagina while posing for the pic.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman claims she was working as a dishwasher at one of Simmons’ Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016. When Simmons paid a visit to that location, Simmons’ manager and her restaurant co-workers all encouraged her to take a photo with the “Family Jewels” star.
In her suit, the woman claims that Simmons’ manager “encouraged her to move closer.” When she complied, Simmons allegedly “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina completely covering it.”
The woman says she tried to stop Simmons, and later showed the photo to her co-workers.
In her suit, she also alleges that Simmons acted in a “sexually charged” manner to women he encountered during his visit, even “encouraging them to unbutton their shirts.”
Simmons has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
This is not, however, the first time that Simmons has been hit by a similar lawsuit; earlier this year, Simmons settled a suit launched by a female journalist who was interviewing Simmons at a Rock & Brews restaurant when she alleged he groped her. Details of the settlement were not made public.
