Dwayne Johnson Invites A Child With Cancer To ‘Baywatch’ Set

A lucky boy by the name of Tater is getting set to meet Dwayne “The Rock’ Johnson on the set of the upcoming reboot of Baywatch.

Johnson, 43, confirmed Tater’s visit when he reached out to the star over Facebook with a handwritten letter as to why the seven-year-old, who is battling stage four cancer, wants to meet the WWE champ turned actor.

“I think you are strong, but I am very strong too,”; Tater penned in a letter. “I’ve been struck by hundreds of needles, have had TONS of shots, gone through 8 surgeries, too many blood and platelet transfusions, lots and lots of chemo treatments, radiation therapy, tests, scans and 2 stem cell transplants.”;

The Ballers star shared his excitement with this photo he posted to Instagram, saying, “I’m a big bald headed lucky dude to meet you.”;

The Baywatch movie, also starring Zac Efron, began filming last month in Georgia.
