Margot Robbie had to exercise extreme patience getting her makeup done for her role as Queen Elizabeth I in “Mary Queen of Scots”.
The actress is on Friday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show” and reveals to the host that it took about three or four hours each day to get all her makeup done for the film.
“It was a 3:45 a.m. call every day, which is not good. I’m not a morning person,” Robbie says. “But that’s apparently how long it took for Queen Elizabeth to get ready, so it kind of worked for the character.”
Also on the show, Robbie and Ellen play a game in which the actress demonstrates how to put on prosthetics and makeup, reading from a teleprompter while Ellen supplies her hands.
Check out the pure hilarity.
